Ray Andrews - Managing Director

Spending over 40 years in the agricultural industry Ray is a highly respected figure in the potato farming community. He has spearheaded numerous research projects through his close links with the Potato Council’s SBCSR making use of his intimate knowledge of crop storage at all levels.

He recently designed the country's first WarmStor gaining the prestigious Marks and Spencer's Innovation Award cutting the client's energy usage by 72% in its first full year of operation.

Richard Cook - Director, Service & Installation Manager

Having spent all his working life in the agricultural and farming community, Richard had hands on experience with Potato Storage before joining Crop Systems 6 years ago. Having experienced the customer end of potato storage it made him an ideal candidate to have a client facing role as our Service and Installation Manager.

Richard has a wealth of knowledge and his on site skills are invaluable to us.

Tracey Wilkinson - Development Manager

Tracey has been heavily involved with running the family business since 1998 and has been responsible for the internal HR and financial operations of the company. Her move into the demanding role of Development Manager will allow her to further raise the profile of the company while working on long term expansion plans, promoting and increasing staff skills and building successful business to business relations with our customers.

Craig Wilkinson - Commercial Manager

Craig joined the company in 2006 moving from his role as International Business Manager at the International Agriculture and Technology Centre at Stoneleigh Showground which promoted bi-lateral trade between UK and Overseas companies. In his role as Commercial Manager he is responsible for internal and external company operations ensuring the smooth running of all projects the company undertakes.
